   The Food Technology program at UPH aims to 􏰀􏰁􏰂􏰃􏰄 􏰆􏰇􏰂􏰈􏰀􏰉􏰇􏰆 􏰊􏰃􏰇􏰋 􏰌􏰍􏰎􏰄􏰏􏰀􏰋􏰀􏰉􏰆􏰃􏰐􏰀 􏰆􏰌􏰃􏰀􏰉􏰇􏰃􏰑􏰌 knowledge in food chemistry, microbiology, processing and engineering, nutrition, as well as food analysis, safety, and quality assurance. This holistic approach ensures the production of safe, wholesome, and high-quality food products.
Our strong theoretical framework, combined with hands-on learning opportunities through our laboratorium practices, will prepare our students for a succesful career in the thriving food industry.
Available in both Regular and International Program (conducted entirely in English)
Available in Dual Degree Program with University of Newcastle, Australia
