THE ROLE OF LAW IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT*
Discusses comprehensively the philosophy of law and legal aspects of economic development.
PHILOSOPHY OF CRIMINAL LAW*
The main discussion focuses on principles of criminal law and doctrine, especially those criticized by the public: corporate crime, corruption, cyber law, money laundering, political crimes [against the government and subversion]. death penalties, life sentences, and criminal sentences.
PHILOSOPHY OF CONSTITUTIONAL/ ADMINISTRATIVE LAW*
This course explores comprehensively the philosophy of UUD 1945 and the goal of laws and regulation. Discussion focuses on the principles and influences that define the goal of a nation, government-institutions, human rights, good governance, and the general principles of good faith.
QUALIFICATION
Students who successfully complete the writing exam of qualification could continue to the next step of preparing proposal of research dissertation. The understanding research methodology, philosophical science and critical thinking [including abstraction] are reviewed and evaluated in the exam.
