Covers philosophy of law and using it in writing a dissertation. The course studying law problems, so that every student not only understands concepts as phenomena in society, but also as an ideal principle in the law development.
COMPARATIVE LEGAL CULTURE
This course discusses Indonesian legal culture and its social and cultural values that have influenced national legal system. The discussion is focused mainly on the development of Indonesia legal culture, current legal system,
law enforcement and obedience to law.
