Degree: Master of Nursing

Nursing Education program distinguishes
itself by placing equal importance on teaching skills and clinical proficiency. It is a valuable specialization for nurses who are enthusiastic about influencing the future of nursing through education. Obtaining this degree enables nurses to motivate, direct, and mentor aspiring nurses, thereby significantly contributing to the quality of healthcare as a whole. The program’s fundamental objective is to equip nurses with the necessary skills and knowledge to serve as instructors in academic and clinical fields.
2. Nursing Administration
The Nursing Administration program aims
to prepare nurses for leadership positions
in managing care and health services. The program provides knowledge in finance, human resource management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership to enhance skills
in decision-making, policy implementation, and communication for efficient and effective nursing services
