Mission:
1. To develop specialist doctor education in primary care and family medicine in accordance with the standards set by the Indonesian Family Medicine Collegium (KIKKI).
2. To establish exemplary programs in comprehensive and continuous healthcare for adolescents.
3. To optimize the use of information technology in both learning and primary care family health services.
4. To enhance the quality and quantity of innovative and applicable research, contributing to the national and international primary care family medicine field.
5. To engage in integrated community service activities, meeting the needs of families, communities, and society.

Purpose:
1. To produce graduates who are competent and professional, capable of competing with international graduates, equiped with solid education foundation that is based on local wisdom, embracing a holistic approach and a transformative mindset.
2. To nurture excellent graduates who provide comprehensive and continuous healthcare services tailored to adolescents’ needs.
3. To instill and cultivate a culture of optimal technology utilization across all aspects of learning, enabling graduates to apply technology effectively in primary care services and facilitate seamless referrals to specialist care.
4. To establish a specialist doctor education program that is capable of disseminating study results, research, and community service initiatives, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
5. To enhance contributions to the nation and society, on both a regional and global scale, by promoting equitable access to high-quality family-based healthcare and primary care services.
