During my time at the UPH Faculty of Psychology, I learned essential principles such as empathy, respect for individual diversity, and servant leadership. These principles have been invaluable in my career. Empathy helps me understand others’ perspectives when handling cases or assisting employees in the workplace. Appreciating individual diversity keeps me objective and professional in all situations, while the servant leadership principle reminds me of my role to make a positive impact and serve those around me, especially in my work as human capital professional.
