Navigating Your Path to Success
In the fourth semester, students choose between a concentration class or a regular class. Three concentration classes are available: Culinary, Pastry, and Food & Beverage. These classes provide in-depth learning opportunities, exploring the rich potential of culinary arts, pastry, and traditional Indonesian cuisine. Students are encouraged to innovate and leverage Indonesian spices, culture, and local wisdom on a global scale.
