ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

2. ENCLOSE THE REGISTRATION FORM WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE ADMISSION TEST.
a. Master programs
The required documents are:
• 1 [one) legalized copy of Bachelor Degree Certificate [or its equivalent) from state or accredited private university.
Applicants, who have not yet obtained their Bachelor Degree Certificates, must submit graduation statements from the university. The legalized copy of Bachelor Degree Certificates should be handed to administration staff at least
2 [two) weeks before Mid-Term Test of the first semester.
• 1 [one) legalized copy of Bachelor Degree Academic Transcript.
• 1 [one) copy of valid ID and 1 (one) copy of Birth Certificate.
• 2 [two) recent colored photographs of 2x3 cm & 4x6 cm.
• Overseas graduates must submit "Letter of Degree Equivalency" [Penyetaraan Ijazah Luar Negeri) from Directorate
General of Higher Education.
