COMPETITION LAW
The course focuses on restrictive business practices of an international and domestic scope and its possibility to addressed by trade policy and competition rules. The discussion covers the failures of the current multilateral trading system in addressing international competition law problems, options to regulate competition law in the WTO and through other means, and a review of international case law in the area.
CAPITA SELECTA BUSINESS LAW
This course aims to make students familiar with the current business issues and catch a deeper knowledge on the relevant issues that may affect the society in general.
CORPORATE CRIME LAW
This course provides an introduction to corporate crime and examines the various types of such crimes that exist in the business sector. In addition of liability , the discussion will explore some court cases particularly on how law enforcement identifies and investigates those types of crimes. The course will also covers crimes committed by individuals, corporations and partnerships, and defenses to such kind of crimes.
BANKRUPTCY AND CORPORATE LAW
This course covers the legal aspect of bankruptcy such as requirements for creditor to file bankruptcy claim, procedure of bankruptcy in the Commercial Court as well as the execution of bankruptcy verdict. Students are expected to be able to represent both creditor and debtor in the event of bankruptcy.

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF LAW
The course will introduce the sweeping process of globalization and to its regulatory implications. It seeks to provide students with an understanding of the law based on microeconomic analysis. Painting the big picture of globalization of firms, markets and regulation, it will focus on the latter and in particular on international economic law. Building upon regulatory theories, the course will illustrate the changes in regulatory design at all levels of governance, as globalization deepens and affect not only the economy but also all facets of societal life.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT LAW
This course explores the general rules of the TRIPS Agreement as well as its negotiating history and political background. It discusses legal and economic principles surrounding the protection of intellectual property. This course also focuses on the national laws on intellectual property rights, its enforcement and some court cases.
TELEMATICS LAW
This course covers implementation of law in various aspects of digital information technologies and businesses including telecommunication, information and electronic transaction, e-contract, e-commerce, data protection, and digital property rights. Legal aspects of current and future trends as the result of Industry Revolution 4.0 will also be discussed as well as international hard laws and soft laws pertaining to global e-commerce, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant aspects of intellectual property rights.
