BANKING LAW
This course provides briefing on various legal aspects of banking activities in Indonesia, taking important and relevant topics from current banking activities, accompanied by discussions of the function and role of the notary profession in the world of banking.
TAX LAW
This course provides an understanding of the Subjects and Objects of Income Tax and VAT, as the basis for the rights and obligations of Notary/PPAT as Income Tax and VAT taxpayers; as well as practical examples of taxation calculations that are related to the Notary / PPAT.
MANAGEMENT ON LAND RIGHTS (AGRARIAN LAW IN PRACTICE)
This course will discuss the practices of managing land rights including discussing legal problems related to agrarian law, agrarian legal theories, and its socio-legal impact.
LAND OFFICIAL(PPAT) DEED MAKING TECHNIQUE
This course provides knowledge and understanding of the theories and regulations that apply in the process of making a PPAT deed and the procedure for making a PPAT deed; Arrangement of land registration and PPAT ; and cases of land registration and PPAT .

PROPERTY LAW
This course will discuss legal issues concerning securities connected to fixed assets, variable assets as well as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR); it also cover understanding of IPR protection policies, backgrounds, scope and systems as well as the principles of IPR protection.
NOTARY CODE OF ETHICS
This course contains understanding related to moral and professional ethics, code of ethics of Notary, PPAT Code of Ethics and legal consequences in the event of a violation of these Code of Ethics.
