THE FUTURE GENERATION EDUCATION
CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
This course prepares our students with the latest issues related to educational technology both locally and globally. Various contemporary issues currently in the world of education and technology, such as big data, virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, analytic learning, human-computer interactions, neuroscience and the like.
SCIENTIFIC WRITING (THESIS AND PUBLICATION)
This course deals with the rules of making scientific papers in various forms and approaches. Also discussed in this course are various types of publications and their characteristics, selecting journals for publications as well as various requirements in national and international publications.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
The course provides discussions and descriptions of HR developments and training models to be applied in both profit and non-profit organizations. The emphasis is also given to the ability to develop themselves through lifelong learning and personal mastery.
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
The course examines the concepts and strategies in the organization, both regarding general strategies needed by the organization to adapt to its environments and face competitions. And able to analyze the concepts of strategy and organizational cases, especially educational organizations in Indonesia.
INNOVATION IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
The course introduces the importance of innovations in education and educational organizations, in response to the dynamic developments of education. In this course, cases of success and failure of innovation in education will be presented.
ACCOUNTING AND SCHOOL FINANCE
The course deals with financial management and investments in educational institutions /schools so that the students can understand the absorption of budgets optimally, understand taxation, financial reports, prepare financial budgets, submit accountability reports, and investment plans.
ACCOUNTING AND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL FINANCE
The course presents the importance of transparency and accountability in school financial management through the preparations of reports on the accountability of budget execution, and the mastery of accounting, financial and taxation practices in general and the mastery of accounting, financial and taxation techniques in particular are a fundamental requirement for public and Christian school administrators.
CHILD GROWTH AND LEARNING DEVELOPMENT
The course describes the processes of learning developments of children associated with cognitive, physical, language, personal, emotional, spiritual, moral/character development, creativity, and social development from pre-birth to adolescence.
TEACHING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
The course promotes learning strategies in helping children with their different ways of learning so that the educators can adapt and modify the learning activities that are intended for the children with special needs.
BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW IN EDUCATION
The course equips our students with the essence of the teachings of the fundamental Christian faith and its implications in education in order to conduct a critical study of the aspects and praxis of education.
BIBLICAL THEOLOGY
The course introduces the major themes of theology in the history of God's revelations (OT and NT).
THESIS
This course is the final project where the students implement their learning outcomes that have been taken in the forms of a scientific research paper.
