Vasco A.H. Goeltom, S.ST., M.M. is a Lecturer of Hospitality Management Study Program. He teaches Food and Beverage I & II, Hotel Management, Cost Control, and Food and Beverage Management courses. His areas of interest include food and beverage, F&B service, coffee art, gastronomy, and hospitality trends. He earned his Degree in Applied Hospitality from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung, and Master of Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
