S.ST., M.M.

Dr. Theodosia C. Nathalia, S.ST., M.M. is a Lecturer of Hospitality Management Study Program. She teaches Sustainable Tourism, Trend and Tourist Behaviour, Strategic Management, Front Office Behaviour, Front Office Management, Housekeeping Procedure, Housekeeping Management, Event Management, and Design Planning courses. Her areas of interest include service management, hotel management, and sustainable tourism. She earned her Diploma IV (S.ST.Par) in Hotel Management from STP Trisakti, Master Management (M.M) from Universitas Pelita Harapan, and Doctoral Degree majoring in Service Management from Trisakti University.
