Documents required for regular admission are as follows :

• Undergraduate (S1) Certificate
• Undergraduate (S1) Transcript
• Identity Card (KTP)
• Birth Certificate
• Passport Photo in color
• TOEFL Certificate with a minimum score of 450 ITP, certificate is not a prediction, not more than 2 years, with ETS copyright

Documents required for Alumni/Lippo Group admission are as follows :

• Undergraduate (S1) Certificate
• Undergraduate (S1) Transcript
• ID Card (KTP)
• Birth Certificate
• Passport Photo in color
• Alumni card and NIM for alumni validation
• Statement Letter from company for Lippo Group Benefit
• TOEFL certificate, with a minimum score of 450 ITP, certificate is not a prediction, not more than 2 years, has ETS copyright

Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Admission

For member of tourism association (PHRI, ASITA, GIPI, HPI, etc.) and staff in tourism industries, Dinas Pariwisata, and Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. Documents required for Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) admission are as follows :

• Undergraduate (S1) Certificate
• Undergraduate (S1) Transcript
• ID Card (KTP)
• Birth Certificate
• Passport Photo in color
• Letter of recommendation from workplace
• Statement letter as proof of association member under Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, as well as proof that it is true
• TOEFL Certificate, with a minimum score of 475 ITP, certificate is not a prediction, not more than 2 years, has ETS copyright
