Ns. Septa Meriana Lumbantoruan, S.Kep., M.S. is a lecturer of Nursing. She teaches PBN, Disaster Management, and Clinical Practice courses. Her areas of interest include Emergency Nursing, Biostatistics, Medical Surgical Nursing, Basic Nursing, and Palliative Care – Oncology. She earned her Master of Science from National Cheng Kung University.
