JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assess current process flow and determine user requirements.
• Write functional requirement design based on user requirements.
• Work with users to understand business objectives to provide best solutions.
• Analysis of user?s requests and requirements to develop the best approach through business process improvement, system enhancement/customization.
• Creation of detailed functional design document to capture business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Understanding of academic process flow will be an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Understanding of system flow and process modeling.
• Experience with any ERP system (e.g.: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) will be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or bachelor?s degree in any major
• Experience in similar or related fields for minimum of 3 years
