We are seeking a Laboran to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be: 1. Responsible for the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment 2. Assisting lecturers/assistant lecturers in the preparation and execution of practical activities, including: 3. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring thorough cleanliness of the laboratory space and equipment (including scheduling cleaning, ensuring no leftover materials remain, coordinating with cleaning services, etc.). 4. Reporting damages, leaks, or other issues that may disrupt or endanger laboratory activities to the Head/Coordinator of the Laboratory. 5. Assisting in inventory checks of all laboratory equipment and materials at the end or beginning of each semester (before classes commence). 6. Supporting the complete inventory of laboratory equipment before the start of each academic year. 7. Assisting with activities related to laboratory use outside of scheduled routines (e.g., community service preparation, UPH Festival preparation, accreditation preparation, marketing events, workshops, seminars, student association activities, or other events approved by the Head/Coordinator of the Laboratory or Study Program Head). 8. Supporting activities that benefit the study program/faculty (e.g., exam proctoring, UPH Expo, open houses, seminars, marketing, student associations, collaborations with other study programs/universities and industries). 9. Assisting with the management and storage of documents for lab access permits, lab clearance letters, periodic fogging, and pest control in each laboratory.
