60 years ago, Theodore Maiman successfully lit the world’s first laser on May 16, 1960. Since 2018, UNESCO has set every May 16 as the International Day of Light (IDL) which is celebrated throughout the world.

The Indonesian Optics Association (HOI) or The Indonesian Optical Society (InOS) in collaboration with the ITB Physics Department and UPH Electrical Engineering Study Program will conduct a free webinar on “Optics and Photonics for Fighting Co-19 and for Healthy Life“.
