According to technological developments, Herry also stated that these developments will eventually lead to various products, which will surely be popular.

?Nowadays, IoT or Internet of Things has become a very popular product and it becomes the proof for technological developments. Aside from the rapid technological developments, we also have to remember that it can become very alarming on one condition. As an example, we can see it from the usage of social media platform these days. But one thing for sure, we should not just believe everything on the social media,? said Herry.

Aside from that, Dr. (HC) Mochtar Riady also explained about the development of the IT Industry. He reminded everyone that having a sensitivity towards the changes which happens during the development of the IT industry is very important.

?Information and Technology (IT) will keep on developing. It will soon become an even more accessible and simple platform and surely, we have to realize which developments can bring great changes for the future. For companies who could not realize this, it will be very hard for them to meet the demands of the market, which is a higher level technology. By the very end, the inability to meet market?s expectation will prevent these companies to grow,? Mochtar explained.

Mochtar stated that it?s very essential for an industry to realize the changes happening in three areas related to IT; they are Information Technology, Nanotechnology, and Biotechnology. As we look at the developments in technology, it becomes very important for all of us, especially the students to thoughtfully pursue their studies in technology, for a better future.
