Tuesday, December 8, 2015 Pelita Harapan University Marketing and Admissions Team hold an Open House at Yakobus high school, Kelapa Gading. The Open house is attended by 100 grade 12 students and 3 teachers. Participants were introduced about UPH through a video playback on UPH?s profile and a campus tour to visit some of the facilities that are available, including sport facilities, library, labs and learning facilities. It is hoped that through this activity, it can help students that are currently studying final year in high school to take into consideration what majors they will want to select.
In addition to the video playback of UPH profile, participants also watched the show offered alumni of UPH, ‘The Four’ band. ‘The Four’ is a band alumni consisting of four members from different directions, with Irene, alumni of Management Faculty (Business School), Fanny Citra, alumni of the Department of Communication Studies (Faculty of Social), Timothy, alumni of DKV (School of Design) and Samuel, Alumni of the Faculty of Nursing. After the event, the students also can ask questions directly to the student consultant of UPH about majors, curriculum, accreditation, and job opportunities for every subject (Mt/mf).
