Head of Design

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Responsible for strategically leading and managing the design team, ensuring design excellence and aligning design initiatives with overall business objectives

    •  

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • Master’s or at least bachelor’s degree in any related majors
    • Male or female
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in design roles, with increasing levels of responsibility
    • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in relevant design disciplines (e.g., UX/UI, product design, visual design, brand design)
    • Demonstrated experience in leading design projects from conception to launch
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
