Dr. Gracia Ugut has an extensive experience in managing Higher Education institutions and international partnerships, with a strong academic background as a faculty member and business developer in academic settings. From 2001-2013, she was the Dean-Executive Education at the Asian Institute of Management, the oldest business school in Asia set up by Harvard Business School and the Ford Foundation in 1968, in Manila, the Philippines, and held full professor rank for Finance and Banking at the Institute.

Dr. Meitolo Hulu, S.ST., M.M. is the Department Chair of Master of Tourism at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He earned his doctoral degree at Gadjah Mada University. His research topics are tourism village development, coastal tourism area development, community based tourism, sustainable tourism development. He is also active as a member of the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMN) for Tourism Development 2024-2025 of Bappenas RI.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Informatics from Universitas Negeri Malang and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung. Feliks teaches several courses, including Introduction to Informatics and Computation, Object-Oriented Modeling, Introduction to Data Science, Advanced Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Studio Application Development of Data Science. His research interests focus on Educational Media, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning.

  1. A legalized copy of academic record Grade 10 (Semester 1 & 2) and Grade 11 (Semester 1 & 2)

  4. A document showing your NISN number
  5. Admission statement (all pages)
  6. One copy of TOEFL (71 for IBT/500 for PBT) or IELTS with 5.5 score band (for full-English class applicants)

How do prospective students apply to UPH? What are the steps?

Registration to UPH can only be done through the UPH Online Admission System on http://one.uph.edu

What is the timeline for the registration process, from the initial step to the announcement?

The registration process will take 3-14 working days.

Is there any Entrance Examination that prospective students need to attend in order to register at UPH?

Yes. The Entrance Examination is the registration path intended for:

  • Prospective Students who enroll in Faculty of Medicine.
  • Prospective student who failed in Direct Admission.
  • Prospective students who come from Home Schooling and PKBM levels.
  • Prospective Students who have a Paket C? Certificate.
  • Prospective Students who are deemed necessary to take the Entrance Examination by the UPH Marketing and Admission Department.

Does UPH offer scholarships for prospective students?

Yes we do. UPH offers several types of scholarships, such as:

  • Academic Achievement Scholarship: It is offered to prospective students who have achievements in the academic field.
  • Financial Aid Scholarship: It is offered to prospective students who need financial support in continuing their studies.
  • Sports Scholarship: It is offered to prospective students who have achievements in the field of sports.

Does UPH have a dormitory for prospective students?

Yes we have. UPH has a dormitory called MYC (Mission Youth for Christ) Residence located in Building C, 2nd floor.

How long does the lecture take to graduate and get a Bachelor Degree from UPH?

Graduating with a Bachelor Degree from UPH takes 3.5 years, except for medical programs, which require 5 years.

Can UPH make a refund if a student is accepted at another university and decides not to continue his study at UPH?

Funds deposited to UPH are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If prospective students decide to change the study program, what steps need to be done?

If tuition fees have not been paid:
– Purchase a new registration form and select the desired study program.

If tuition fees have been paid:
– Log in to your Registration Account and select the Change Major menu.
– Complete and upload the Change Major Form.

Once approved, you will receive details about:
– Outstanding fees to be paid (if any).
– Deposited funds credited to your account (if applicable).

Note:
The applicable tuition fee will be based on the rate at the time the Change Major application is submitted.

Academic Achievement Scholarship

The Academic Achievement Scholarship is a merit-based award for students with outstanding academic performance. It helps cover tuition and expenses, rewarding dedication and hard work.

Applicable to all study programs, except:

  • D3 Pharmacy
  • Communications Online Learning
  • International Class
  • Psychology
  • Teachers College
  • Nursing

Financial Aid Scholarship

The Financial Aid Scholarship helps students with financial need by covering tuition and related expenses, ensuring that financial challenges don’t hinder their educational and personal growth.

Only applicable to:

  • D3 and S1 Pharmacy

Terms and Conditions

  1. Pass the Direct Admission process (applied to all study programs except Medicine).
  2. Pass the Admission Test (applied to Medicine only).
  3. When applying for the scholarship, the Prospective Student is still in Year 12.
  4. Healthy body.
  5. Not registered as students in other universities.
  6. Not allowed to marry and become pregnant during the period of study.
  7. The scholarship covers the Admission Fee, Semester Fee, and Credit Fee.
  8. The scholarship is awarded for the first 3 terms.
  9. To maintain scholarship within the following term, the scholars must achieve a certain IPK and IPS (Term & Conditions apply).
