Overview

The existence of the Master of Notarial Law Program is in accordance with the mandate of the Law concerning Notary Profession (UUJN) and Government Regulation concerning Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT), that those who can be appointed as Notaries and/or PPAT are graduates from Master of Notarial Law Program. The UPH Notarial Law Program aims to educate and train students to become Masters of Notary who have proficiency in legal skills and knowledge, especially those related to the fields of notary and land/Agrarian Law which are required in the profession of Notary and Land Deed Official (PPAT), and are competent in applying skills and knowledge in other legal professions such as legal consultants, advocates, in house corporate legal officers, and so on. Therefore, only Bachelors of Law are accepted as students of Master of Notarial Law Program.

This program focuses on the field of business transactions in its learning activities. Our courses are taught by faculty members who are highly experienced professionals, including practicing lawyers, notaries, PPAT and other legal professions.
