Jurusan?Pendidikan Kimia kami membekali para calon guru dengan kurikulum komprehensif yang berfokus pada pedagogi, kimia dan berbagai subdisiplinnya, mata kuliah umum tentang ilmu pengetahuan terkait (fisika, matematika), serta landasan teologi Kristen. Program wajib Magang akan dipadukan pada semester ke-7 untuk memberikan pengalaman mengajar praktis bagi mahasiswa. Tujuan jurusan Pendidikan Kimia UPH adalah menghasilkan guru kimia yang kompeten untuk mengajar bidang ini dalam konteks budaya Indonesia, serta memiliki pemahaman yang transformatif dan holistis berdasarkan wawasan dunia Kristen dalam kerangka Teologi Reformed.
Programs
Chemistry Education.
Our Chemistry Education program equips teachers-in-training with a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on pedagogy, Chemistry and its various sub-disciplines and general courses on related sciences (physics, math), as well as the foundation in Christian theology. A mandatory Internship program is integrated into the 6th semester to give students a practical teaching experience. The aim is to produce Chemistry teachers who are competent in teaching this field within the Indonesian cultural context, as well as having transformative and holistic understanding based on the Christian worldview within the framework of the Reformed Theology.

- Theories of solubility, electrochemistry, and quantum chemistry
- Thermodynamics, equilibrium, and chemical kinetics
- Inorganic structure and reactivity
- Structure, nature, composition, reaction and synthesis of organic compounds
- Structure and function of biomolecules
- Metabolism, genetics, and introduction to biochemical research
