Overview

The 2-day food safety course provides understanding and knowledge of the principles of food safety in the food supply chain (from farm to dinner table), application of food safety and hygiene practices in food businesses (culinary businesses, UKM, restaurants, etc.), and introduction to Good Manufacturing Practices. The material that will be provided includes:
Principles of Food Quality, Principles of Food Safety, Introductory GMP & Sanitation, Food Risk Analysis Application of food safety in culinary business.
