The Educational Leadership in Doctor in Management is a three-year program with a cohort learning model. Target students are expected to come from diverse professional backgrounds especially those with experience in the field of Education.
This program’s curriculum is a balance between multidisciplinary learning and practice-based learning. Courses are taught by recognized lecturers from across Doctor in Management programs in areas such as data-driven education reform, organizational change and innovation and effective leadership strategies for organizations, including schools.
