On September 21, 2015 Design Product Student Council opened the Design Product Exhibition which will be held from September 21 to October 2, 2015 at the B Gallery UPH.
For this exhibition, according to Eliza (Product Design 2014, Head of Decorum), these products came from elective courses, which are industry and craft, that produces jewelry, pottery, automotive and consumer goods. ?This time, we focuses our exhibition on the concept, therefore on every product we give an explanation about the product and its manufacturing background,? Eliza said. She also said that the theme of the exhibition ?Decorum?, means a behavior in keeping with good taste and propriety. ?We choose this theme, to appreciate every students work, because they had created such an interesting and excellent work,? Eliza added.
About 60 products were contributed by 29 Product Design students. On the first day of the exhibition opening, there were about 200 people who visited this exhibition. Eliza hopes that, through this exhibition, more people will know about Product Design so that it can evolve for the better. She also hopes that every people who had come to this exhibition could understand the meaning behind every product and each of its background.
