On Tuesday, August 20, 2013, before joining in the UPH Festival, 21 new foreign students of Academic Year 2013 ? consist of 15 international students and 6 exchange students ? are welcomed by International Community for Students (ICS).

Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) is going to hold a festival to welcome UPH new students on August 21 to August 24, 2013. On Tuesday, August 20, 2013, before joining in the UPH Festival, 21 new foreign students of Academic Year 2013 ? consist of 15 international students and 6 exchange students ? are welcomed by International Community for Students (ICS). This year international students mostly come from South Korea followed by United States and Vietnam. Meanwhile exchange students come from Australia, Holland, German, and South Korea.

One of exchange students from Melbourne, Australia, Liz Kefford (Law 2013) said that even though she just arrived at Indonesia two days ago, she is very impressed with UPH atmosphere and its surroundings. She hopes that she could be more fluent in speaking Indonesia and learn more of its culture. (ym)
